Information we collect
SparkWork collects the information needed to create and operate your account, connect your ad platforms, and deliver reporting and analysis features. This can include account profile details, workspace configuration, billing or plan metadata, and the ad account identifiers you authorize through third-party integrations.
We also collect operational usage data such as device, browser, log, and diagnostic information so we can keep the service stable, monitor abuse, and improve product performance over time.
- Account and profile details you provide directly, such as name, email address, and workspace information.
- Authorized integration data needed to read campaign, ad, reporting, and creative context from supported platforms.
- Usage, analytics, and support information submitted while using SparkWork or requesting help.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to authenticate users, connect approved ad accounts, generate insights, render reports, improve AI-assisted workflows, protect the product from misuse, and communicate essential account or product updates.
We may also use aggregated or de-identified usage patterns to understand feature adoption, debug issues, and improve service quality without using that information to identify you personally.
How ad platform data is handled
SparkWork accesses ad platform data through the permissions and APIs you explicitly authorize. That data is used to power dashboards, analyses, creative reviews, change tracking, and related workflow features inside your workspace.
We aim to minimize storage of unnecessary raw data and retain only the operational information reasonably required to support the product, maintain continuity, investigate issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted infrastructure, analytics, or support providers that help us operate SparkWork, subject to contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect SparkWork and its users, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or similar business transaction.
Security and retention
SparkWork uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access, and monitor for suspicious activity. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but protecting customer data is a core operating requirement for the product.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal or operational retention needs. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the context in which it was collected.
Data deletion
You can request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of certain account data, subject to applicable legal and operational limitations. You may also disconnect third-party integrations directly from your SparkWork workspace where those controls are available.
If you want SparkWork to delete your account data or workspace-related information, you can submit a deletion request by emailing admin@sparkwork.ai. To help us process the request safely, include the account email, workspace name, and any relevant ad account context in your message.
We may need to retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, billing reconciliation, dispute resolution, or legal compliance, but we will delete or de-identify the remaining applicable data within a reasonable operational timeframe.
This is a foundational public privacy notice for the product website and app experience. It includes SparkWork's baseline deletion policy, including requests submitted to admin@sparkwork.ai. It should be reviewed and expanded if SparkWork introduces new regulated workflows, enterprise commitments, or region-specific legal obligations.
